All orders are shipped from Medellín, Colombia via Fedex.We have an estimated delivery time of 3 to 8 business days after purchase confirmation and payment verification. The delivery time could vary depending on your location and in case of any issues with our carrier or in customs.

Please take into account that you will assume any import or local taxes according to regulations for each country. If you are not willing to pay for the taxes when the products arrive at destination, they will be returned to us and the cost of return would be substracted from your refund amount. Orders shipped to U.S. addresses are not subject to import taxes.
We will send you an email with the carrier information and tracking number so you can keep updated on the state of the order.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of the products. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of the item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, with no pet hair, with all the tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items on sale cannot be returned, only exchanged.

Please note that in case there are any import taxes when returning the package, these would be assumed by the client.

In case item was defective, shipping costs will be at our expense.
